Tomorrow I'm starting an Ilustration course! I am uncontrollably excited (Thanks for that, Hiddles) about it! Specially since almost everyhting I draw is based on books and characters and scenes from them. I've never even took a basic art cpurse, so of course I'm pretty nervous too, if you can remember the last time I tried, I ended up bailing in the middle of the first class. So this time, instead of joining the adults gruop, I signed up for the teenagers one (even though 19 qualified as an adult). Anyway, they told me to bring previous work -I'm gonna have a hard time picking which ones to take- and 5 ilustrations I loved. So I'm thinking

I've decided that starting tomorrow, I'm gonna take the time to draw everyday for the month of June! THE CHALLENGE IS: DRAW EVERY SINGLE DAY A RELATIVELY ELABORATE DRAWING FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE. Why now? First, because I've always wanted to. Second, because the obligatory introductory course for college is kinda exhausting me, is slowly melting my brain. The most embarrasing thing happened to me yesterday. I was looking for an art course, because I wanted to learn more, and have a space in the week where I would paint and draw. Kind of my happy place, right? So my friend gave me this brochure, about several art courses her university gives. I went on the internet, researched a bit of them, and picked ADVANCED PAINTING AND DRAWING, thinking it would be good, since I had seen that on the begginers they taught you proportions and vanishing points, etc. Stuff I already knew.
